Permanent Residence
Canada is one of the world’s top destinations and every year nearly 300,000 people immigrate to Canada and establish themselves as PRs, with many going on to become Canadian Citizens. However obtaining PR can be difficult and frustrating, with many programs, both Federal and Provincial, hard to navigate. Applications with insufficient information and/or documentation can be refused with the loss of thousands of dollars in fees, valuable time and effort.
Both the Federal and Provincial Governments of Canada are constantly updating and revising program eligibility criteria and it is critical - from the very first step - that you are aware of what makes you eligible and how to submit a comprehensive and successful application.
If you think you might be eligible under one any one of a number of federal and/or provincial programs, book a consultation with us as soon as possible and get the answers you need.

Work Permits
If you are coming to Canada and already have a job offer from a Canadian employer or your foreign employer wants to you take a position here - and are unsure of what to do next - we are ready to help. Work Permits can be applied for online, by paper to Canadian embassies and consulates worldwide, and is some cases, at a Port-of-Entry with issuance in minutes.
Furthermore if your spouse already has a valid work or study permit, or you have graduated from a Canadian post secondary program, you may be eligible for an open work permit. Canada’s Temporary Foreign Worker Program has a myriad of exceptions and programs which allow professionals, academics, artists, business people, investors and youth to work in Canada with minimum of fuss and hassle.
Indeed in some exceptional circumstances work authorization can be obtained without the need for a work permit. If you think you might be eligible for a work permit, book a consultation with us as soon as possible and get the answers you need.

Business / Corporate
Both the Federal and Provincial Governments of Canada have created a number of programs, specifically for international business people looking to immigrate to Canada.
It has been anticipated that by attracting investors, entrepreneurs, and self-employed professionals from outside of Canada - with capital, business acumen, and entrepreneurial skills - local economic development and job creation will accelerate. In turn new commercial ventures borne from these programs may also result in greater access to foreign markets for Canadian products. Almost all programs require a minimum level of investment, personal assets and business owner or managerial experience.
If a business immigration program seems a good fit to your experience and goals, there are several from which to choose. Book a consultation with us as soon as possible and get the answers you need.

Study Permits
Canada is home to some of the finest Universities in the world. Over 300,000 international students study in Canada every year and upon graduation, can be eligible for an open work permit of up to three years in duration and, numerous pathways to permanent residence.
